Avoid getting jewelry wet and allow sprays and lotions to dry down before wearing our jewelry.

Do not use jewelry cleaner. This can cause certain beads to become damaged or discolored.

Remove jewelry before going to sleep and any physical activity to prevent any accidents.

All svndynastys jewelry is recommended to be placed back in the free jewelry box given when not in use. Keep jewelry stored in cool, dark places. Certain crystals can become lighter if exposed to too much sunlight.

Accidents happen! If your jewelry ever breaks within 30 days of purchase, go back to our page and read the description of the piece of jewelry broken. Each product description will clearly state if that piece of jewelry is eligible for repair. If eligible, contact us at svndynastysllc@gmail.com.

From there, we will repair it one time, free of charge! Beforehand, we will need photos to access the situation and proof of purchase. At least 75% of materials used in the piece are expected to be returned. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs to us, and we will cover the shipping costs to return the piece. We do not repair gifts given to you by us.
